Missouri High School Basketball - Scott County Central overwhelms Naylor
January 30, 2024: Sikeston, MO 63555 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Scott County Central Braves (Sikeston, MO) and the visiting Naylor Eagles (Naylor, MO), saw Scott County Central's basketball squad wallop Naylor by a tally of 70-47.
With the victory, Scott County Central improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Braves host Scott City (Scott City, MO) to play the Rams in a Scott-Mississippi challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Scott City won 61-17 in their recent league challenge against East Prairie (East Prairie, MO)
Next up, the Eagles play the Clearwater Fightin' Tigers (Piedmont, MO) in a Ozark Foothills challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Naylor will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record.
