Maine High School Basketball - Sanford falls to Thornton Academy
January 30, 2024: Sanford, ME 04073 In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Thornton Academy Trojans basketball team scored a good 59-51 triumph over the Sanford Spartans.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME) in a AA South match, on Friday, February 2. Thornton Academy will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 3-13 record after their 45-38 league loss to Biddeford (Biddeford, ME).
