Arizona High School Soccer - Cesar Chavez knocks off West Point
January 30, 2024: Avondale, AZ 85392 Cesar Chavez Champions (Laveen, AZ) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ), 5-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Champions confront the Shadow Ridge Stallions (Surprise, AZ) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Cesar Chavez will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Stallions enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ).
The Dragons now possess a 2-2 record.
