January 30, 2024: Olympia, WA 98502 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA) and the visiting River Ridge Hawks (Lacey, WA), saw Capital's basketball squad hold off River Ridge by a count of 55-54.
With the victory, Capital upgrades its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Cougars host Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Central Kitsap lost 65-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Yelm (Yelm, WA)
