The North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC), 50-45 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Vikings (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Alleghany (Sparta, NC). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 0-12 record.

The Rams now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Airy for a non-league test on Friday, February 2.
