South Dakota High School Basketball - Miller holds off James Valley Christian
January 30, 2025: Miller, SD 57362 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Miller Rustlers basketball team scored a close 69-66 triumph over the James Valley Christian Vikings.
The Rustlers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD). The Spartans go into the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Wessington Springs nipped Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD), 70-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings confront the Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD) in a B Region 2 contest, on Saturday, February 1. James Valley Christian will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The go into the contest with a 5-7 record after their 64-35 league loss to Castlewood (Castlewood, SD).
