Delaware High School Basketball - Woodbridge triumphant over Polytech
January 30, 2025: Woodside, DE 19980 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) and the host Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE), observed Woodbridge's basketball team overwhelm Polytech by a score of 69-42.
The Raiders (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Seaford (Seaford, DE). The Bluejays come into the Henlopen - Southern challenge with a 11-2 record. In their last challenge, Seaford trounced Indian River (Dagsboro, DE), 71-15, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Polytech falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 9-4. St. Georges Tech won 72-42 in their recent non-league bout against Concord (Wilmington, DE)
