Cypress Creek Coyotes (Wesley Chapel, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL), 51-46 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cypress Creek upgrades its record to 11-11 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Fivay (Hudson, FL) to face the Falcons in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 11-12. Fivay lost 51-34 in their recent non-league match against Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL)

The Mustangs now hold a 18-6 record. They play next when they host Celebration for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 31. Mitchell will battle a Storm team coming off a 52-50 non-league win over East Ridge (Clermont, FL). The Storm record now stands at 11-8.
