Kansas High School Basketball - Haven fells Garden Plain
January 30, 2025: Haven, KS 67543 The Haven Wildcats basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Garden Plain Owls to 32 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now have a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Andale for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Haven will confront a Indians team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Augusta (Augusta, KS). The Indians record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Garden Plain falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Owls host Cheney (Cheney, KS) to confront the Cardinals in a Central Plains game on Tuesday, February 4. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 7-3. Cheney lost 53-50 in their recent non-league game against Andale (Andale, KS)
