Ohio High School Basketball - Franklin Heights overwhelms Patriot Prep Academy
January 30, 2025: Columbus, OH 43204 The Franklin Heights Falcons basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Patriot Prep Academy Eagles to 27 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Falcons now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Buckeye Valley for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Franklin Heights will confront a Barons team coming off a 54-38 non-league win over River Valley (Caledonia, OH). The Barons record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Patriot Prep Academy falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host New Hope Christian Academy (Circleville, OH) to battle the Statesmen in a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 4. The Statesmen come into the contest with a record of 1-1. New Hope Christian Academy won 45-26 in their recent non-league contest against Madison Christian (Groveport, OH)
