The Monarchs now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Encinal for a West Alameda County - Shoreline battle on Wednesday, February 2. Mt. Eden will confront a Jets team coming off a 65-62 non-league loss to Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Jets record now stands at 7-5.
The Farmers (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Tennyson (Hayward, CA). The Lancers come into the West Alameda County - Shoreline battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Tennyson was toppled by San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA), 61-40, in a league battle.
