Idaho High School Basketball - Bonners Ferry tops Lakeland
January 31, 2023: Bonners Ferry, ID 83805 Bonners Ferry Badgers (Bonners Ferry, ID) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lakeland Hawks (Rathdrum, ID), 77-57 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bonners Ferry upgrades its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to St. Maries (St. Maries, ID) to play the Lumberjacks in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Lumberjacks come into the bout with a record of 9-4. St. Maries lost 70-23 in their recent non-league bout against Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID)
Next up, the Hawks play the Post Falls Trojans (Post Falls, ID) in a 5A/4A Inland Empire bout, on Saturday, February 4. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 3-14 record after their 66-33 league loss to Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID).
