Texas High School Basketball - Episcopal overwhelms HCYA
January 31, 2023: Bellaire, TX 77401 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Episcopal Knights (Bellaire, TX) and the visiting HCYA (Houston, TX), saw Episcopal's basketball squad wallop HCYA by a count of 71-38.
With the victory, Episcopal upgrades its record to 14-14 on the campaign. The Knights host Houston Christian (Houston, TX) to play the Mustangs in a Southwest Prep - South challenge on Friday, February 3. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 27-4. Houston Christian won 89-36 in their recent league challenge against Kinkaid (Houston, TX)
Next up, the play the Fort Worth THESA Riders (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 9. HCYA will attempt to upgrade on its 15-16 season record. The Riders come into the challenge with a 13-21 record after their 61-53 non-league win over Dallas Thunder (Dallas, TX).
