The Spartans now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hopkins for a Ottawa-Kent - Silver battle on Friday, February 3. Sparta will battle a Vikings team coming off a 56-29 non-league win over Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 10-4.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Chippewa Hills (Remus, MI). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Chippewa Hills prevailed over Tri County Area (Howard City, MI), 53-49, in a league battle.
