Kansas High School Basketball - Lyndon thwarts Wabaunsee
January 31, 2023: Lyndon, KS 66451 The Lyndon Tigers (Lyndon, KS) basketball knocked off the visiting Wabaunsee Chargers (Alma, KS), 63-51 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Tigers (14-1) will now prepare for their test against Olpe (Olpe, KS). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 17-0 record. In their last test, Olpe notched a victory over Lebo (Lebo, KS), 54-44, in a non-league test.
The Chargers now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rossville for a non-league test on Friday, February 3. Wabaunsee will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 64-56 non-league loss to St. Marys (St. Marys, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-8.
