January 31, 2023: Pittsburg, KS 66762 Pittsburg Dragons (Pittsburg, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ottawa Cyclones (Ottawa, KS), 57-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pittsburg upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Dragons travel to Field Kindley (Coffeyville, KS) to clash with the Golden Tornado in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Golden Tornado go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Field Kindley won 59-32 in their recent non-league bout against Caney Valley (Caney, KS)
Next up, the Cyclones clash with the Louisburg Wildcats (Louisburg, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Ottawa will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 43-41 non-league loss to Paola (Paola, KS).
