January 31, 2023: Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Winston-Salem Christian National Lions (Winston-Salem, NC) and the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), saw Winston-Salem Christian National's basketball squad wallop Varsity Opponent by a tally of 81-40.
With the victory, Winston-Salem Christian National improves its record to 29-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Skill Factory (Atlanta, GA) to confront the Athletes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Athletes come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Skill Factory won 80-61 in their recent non-league challenge against The Burlington School (Burlington, NC)
Next up, the confront the College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals (Jamestown, NC) in a CAASC Central Carolina - West challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Varsity Opponent will attempt to improve on its 337-1034 season record.
