January 31, 2023: Kalamazoo, MI 49008 The Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish (Kalamazoo, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Allegan Tigers (Allegan, MI), 50-36 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Fighting Irish (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Kalamazoo Christian (Kalamazoo, MI). The Comets go into the Southwestern - Valley test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Kalamazoo Christian notched a victory over Norrix (Kalamazoo, MI), 67-42, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Bridgman for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White test on Thursday, February 2. Allegan will encounter a Bees squad coming off a 34-17 non-league win over Lawton (Lawton, MI). The Bees record now stands at 14-1.
