South Dakota High School Basketball - Bison overwhelms Oelrichs
January 31, 2023: Bison, SD 57620 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bison Cardinals (Bison, SD) and the visiting Oelrichs Tigers (Oelrichs, SD), saw Bison's basketball squad wallop Oelrichs by a tally of 59-33.
With the victory, Bison improves its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Wakpala (Wakpala, SD) to play the Sioux in a B Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Sioux come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Wakpala won 57-35 in their recent league challenge against McIntosh (McIntosh, SD)
Next up, the Tigers play the Crazy Horse Chiefs (Wanblee, SD) in a B Region 7 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Oelrichs will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 46-43 non-league win over Takini (Howes, SD).
