New York High School Basketball - Beekmantown overwhelms Seton Catholic Central
January 31, 2023: Plattsburgh, NY 12992 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Beekmantown Eagles (Plattsburgh, NY) and the visiting Seton Catholic Central Knights (Plattsburgh, NY), saw Beekmantown's basketball squad wallop Seton Catholic Central by a tally of 42-6.
With the victory, Beekmantown improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY) to play the Cougars in a challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 0-5.
Next up, the Knights play the AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 1. Seton Catholic Central will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 59-42 non-league loss to Saranac (Saranac, NY).
