The Copley Indians basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Waynedale Golden Bears to 46 in the Indians non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Indians now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tallmadge for a Suburban - American contest on Saturday, February 3. Copley will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 44-41 league win over Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-7.

The Golden Bears (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Norwayne (Creston, OH). The Bobcats enter the Wayne County contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Norwayne nudged Northwestern (West Salem, OH), 54-44, in a league contest.
