Maryland High School Basketball - Eastern Tech tops Western Tech & Environmental Science
January 31, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21221 Eastern Tech Mavericks (Baltimore, MD) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines (Baltimore, MD), 55-35 in a league bout.
With the victory, Eastern Tech upgrades its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Overlea (Baltimore, MD) to play the Falcons in a Baltimore County 2 bout on Friday, February 2. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 1-11. Overlea lost 54-3 in their recent league bout against Pikesville (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Carver A&T Wildcats (Towson, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Western Tech & Environmental Science will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 45-31 league loss to Catonsville (Baltimore, MD).
