Florida High School Basketball - Bishop Moore fells Lake Howell
January 31, 2024: Orlando, FL 32804 Bishop Moore Hornets (Orlando, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lake Howell Silver Hawks (Winter Park, FL), 57-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bishop Moore upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Hornets travel to Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 18-3. Lake Brantley won 79-71 in their recent non-league bout against Winter Springs (Winter Springs, FL)
Next up, the Silver Hawks play the Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL) in a bout, on Friday, February 2. Lake Howell will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 69-50 non-league loss to Windermere Prep (Windermere, FL).
