Washington High School Basketball - Bridgeport trounced by Chelan
January 31, 2025: Chelan, WA 98816 Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA) fans went home pleased Friday as they observed their basketball team overwhelm the visiting Bridgeport Mustangs (Bridgeport, WA), 75-42 in a non-league challenge.
The Mountain Goats (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 17-3 record. In their last challenge, Lake Roosevelt was routed by Liberty Bell (Winthrop, WA), 57-54, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Omak Pioneers (Omak, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Bridgeport will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 94-87 non-league win over Brewster (Brewster, WA).
