Connecticut High School Basketball - Glastonbury thwarts South Windsor
January 31, 2025: South Windsor, CT 06074 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT) and the host South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT), observed Glastonbury's basketball team knock off South Windsor by a score of 75-59.
The Guardians (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Manchester (Manchester, CT). The Red Hawks come into the Central Connecticut - East Colonial challenge with a 15-1 record. In their last challenge, Manchester prevailed over Enfield (Enfield, CT), 74-53, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the E.O. Smith/Tolland Bucks (Storrs, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. South Windsor will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Bucks come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 81-28 non-league loss to East Catholic (Manchester, CT).
