Kansas High School Basketball - Hillsboro bests Minneapolis
January 31, 2025: Hillsboro, KS 67063 The Hillsboro Trojans basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Minneapolis Lions to 36 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Academy for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Hillsboro will play a Knights team coming off a 46-43 non-league loss to Chanute (Chanute, KS). The Knights record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Minneapolis falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Lions host Sacred Heart (Salina, KS) to play the Knights in a North Central AA game on Friday, February 7. The Knights go into the game with a record of 11-0.
