Wisconsin High School Basketball - Ladysmith knocks off Regis
January 31, 2025: Ladysmith, WI 54848 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ladysmith Lumberjacks (Ladysmith, WI) and the visiting Regis Ramblers (Eau Claire, WI), observed Ladysmith's basketball team overcome Regis by a score of 77-67.
The Lumberjacks (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Croix Falls (St. Croix Falls, WI). The Saints come into the Heart O'North challenge with a 4-11 record. In their last challenge, St. Croix Falls dropped by Northwestern (Maple, WI), 63-37, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Ramblers battle the Thorp Cardinals (Thorp, WI) in a Cloverbelt - West challenge, on Monday, February 3. Regis will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 87-69 league loss to Cadott (Cadott, WI).
