The Chesapeake Cougars were victorious over the visiting Old Mill Patriots basketball squad by a final score of 46-27 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Cougars face the Severn Run Wolves (Severn, MD) in a Freelance outing, on Tuesday, February 4. Chesapeake will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Wolves enter the outing with a 1-7 record after their 61-17 non-league loss to Severna Park (Severna Park, MD).

The Patriots (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Broadneck (Annapolis, MD). The Bruins enter the Anne Arundel County outing with a 11-4 record.
