New Jersey High School Basketball - Delran can't get by West Windsor-Plainsboro South
January 31, 2025: Princeton Junction, NJ 08550 West Windsor-Plainsboro South Pirates (Princeton Junction, NJ) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Delran Bears (Delran, NJ), 40-34 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Windsor-Plainsboro South advances its record to 5-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ) to meet the North Brunswick Raiders in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The North Brunswick Raiders enter the match with a record of 5-5.
The Bears now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sterling for a non-league match on Sunday, February 2. Delran will meet a Silver Knights squad coming off a 56-29 non-league loss to Clayton (Clayton, NJ). The Silver Knights record now stands at 10-8.
