Kansas High School Basketball - Trinity toppled by Sacred Heart
January 31, 2025: Hutchinson, KS 67501 Sacred Heart Knights (Salina, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Trinity Celtics (Hutchinson, KS), 51-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Sacred Heart upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS) to face the Trojans in a North Central AA match on Tuesday, February 4. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 12-4. Southeast of Saline lost 49-39 in their recent league match against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, KS)
The Celtics now sport a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Christian Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. Trinity will face a Lions squad coming off a 42-31 non-league loss to Remington (Whitewater, KS). The Lions record now stands at 4-9.
