North Carolina High School Basketball - South Columbus knocks off East Columbus
January 31, 2025: Tabor City, NC 28463 In Friday's non-league contest, the host South Columbus Stallions basketball team scored a good 57-37 win over the East Columbus Gators.
The Stallions (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, East Bladen defeated West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC), 28-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gators battle the West Columbus Vikings (Cerro Gordo, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. East Columbus will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 1-10 record after their 45-40 non-league loss to Whiteville (Whiteville, NC).
