The Hyannis Longhorns nipped the host Cody-Kilgore Cowboys/Cowgirls basketball squad by a final score of 49-45 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Longhorns now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hay Springs for a non-league outing on Friday, February 6.

The Cowboys/Cowgirls (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Takini (Howes, SD). The Skyhawks go into the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Takini was edged by Mitchell Christian (Mitchell, SD), 83-40, in a non-league game.
