January 4, 2022: Janesville, MN 56048 Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs (Janesville, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Central Raiders (Norwood-Young America, MN), 59-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host United South Central (Wells, MN) to play the Rebels in a A Section 2 bout on Friday, January 7. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 3-5. United South Central won 64-57 in their recent non-league bout against Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman (Granada, MN)
Next up, the Raiders play the Lester Prairie Bulldogs (Lester Prairie, MN) in a A Section 2 bout, on Thursday, January 6. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 73-40 non-league win over Houston (Houston, MN).
