Nebraska High School Basketball - Hot Springs can't hold off Chadron
January 4, 2022: Chadron, NE 69337 The Chadron Cardinals basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Hot Springs Bison to 44 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belle Fourche for a non-league match on Friday, January 7. Chadron will meet a Broncs team coming off a 49-39 league loss to More (Rapid City, SD). The Broncs record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Hot Springs moves to 4-1 on the year. The Bison host Bennett County (Martin, SD) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Thursday, January 6. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 2-2. Bennett County won 62-43 in their recent league match against St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD)
