Michigan High School Basketball - Hamilton knocked off by Caledonia
January 4, 2022: Caledonia, MI 49316 The Caledonia Fighting Scots basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Hamilton Hawkeyes to 33 in the Fighting Scots non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Fighting Scots now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rockford for a Ottawa-Kent - Red contest on Friday, January 7. Caledonia will meet a Rams team coming off a 50-46 non-league win over West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rams record now stands at 5-0.
The Hawkeyes (1-3) will now prepare for their game against West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI). The Falcons enter the Ottawa-Kent - Blue game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, West Catholic lost by Rockford (Rockford, MI), 50-46, in a non-league game.
