Iowa High School Basketball - East Marshall ripped by West Marshall
January 4, 2022: State Center, IA 50247 In Tuesday's non-league match, the host West Marshall Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 69-24 triumph over the East Marshall Mustangs.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) in a Heart of Iowa match, on Friday, January 7. West Marshall will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Norsemen enter the match with a 6-2 record after their 54-32 non-league win over Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA).
With the defeat, East Marshall moves to 0-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA) to meet the Rebels in a North Iowa Cedar - West match on Friday, January 7. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 4-6. Gladbrook-Reinbeck lost 43-27 in their recent non-league match against Hudson (Hudson, IA)
