The Redhawks now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coldwater for a Interstate 8 battle on Friday, January 7. Marshall will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 49-35 non-league win over Okemos (Okemos, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-2.
The Blue Devils (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Battle Creek, MI). The Bearcats come into the Southwestern Michigan - East battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Central was nudged by Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI), 39-36, in a non-league battle.
