Cecilia Bulldogs (Cecilia, LA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Westminster Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs face the David Thibodaux Bulldogs (Lafayette, LA) in a Division III District 4 challenge, on Wednesday, January 5. Cecilia will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA).

The Crusaders now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Episcopal of Acadiana for a Division IV District 3 challenge on Wednesday, January 5.
