Maryland High School Basketball - Georgetown Prep beaten by Gonzaga
January 4, 2023: North Bethesda, MD 20852 The Gonzaga Eagles ran past the host Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas basketball team by a final score of 62-49 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA AA game, on Sunday, January 8. Gonzaga will attempt to move on its 13-0 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 4-6 record after their 46-44 league loss to Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD).
