The Imperial Tigers ran past the host Grossmont Foothillers basketball team by a final score of 63-49 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the San Pasqual Golden Eagles (Escondido, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 5. Imperial will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a 7-10 record after their 55-38 non-league win over Santana (Santee, CA).
