Georgia High School Basketball - Stockbridge edges Woodland
January 4, 2023: Stockbridge, GA 30281 The Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA), 40-35 in Wednesday's league test.
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Hampton got by Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA), 50-24, in a non-league test.
The Wolfpack now own a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Stephenson for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Woodland will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 37-35 league win over Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-1.
