Arkansas High School Basketball - Decatur ripped by Magazine
January 4, 2024: Magazine, AR 72943 The Magazine Rattlers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Decatur Bulldogs to 26 in the Rattlers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rattlers now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Magazine will meet a team coming off a 59-52 non-league loss to Western Yell County (Havana, AR). The record now stands at 0-3.
The Bulldogs (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Thaden (Bentonville, AR). The Barnstormer enter the 1A Region 1 West contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, Thaden was routed by Mulberry (Mulberry, AR), 45-28, in a league contest.
