Drew Dragons (San Francisco, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oakland Military Institute Grizzlies (Oakland, CA), 69-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Drew upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Dragons host The Bay School (San Francisco, CA) to play the Breakers in a Bay Counties - Central bout on Saturday, January 6. The Breakers go into the bout with a record of 7-6. The Bay School lost 50-29 in their recent non-league bout against Marin Academy (San Rafael, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Summit Tamalpais Timberwolves (Richmond, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Oakland Military Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record.
