Idaho High School Basketball - Gooding crushes Wood River
January 4, 2024: Hailey, ID 83333 Gooding Senators (Gooding, ID) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wood River Wolverines (Hailey, ID), 40-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Gooding upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Senators travel to Declo (Declo, ID) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Declo won 22-18 in their recent non-league bout against Gooding (Gooding, ID)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Burley Bobcats (Burley, ID) in a bout, on Thursday, January 11. Wood River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
