Ohio High School Basketball - Zanesville tops West Holmes
January 4, 2024: Zanesville, OH 43701 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Zanesville Blue Devils (Zanesville, OH) and the visiting West Holmes Knights (Millersburg, OH), saw Zanesville's basketball squad knock off West Holmes by a tally of 41-33.
With the victory, Zanesville improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Newark (Newark, OH) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Newark won 44-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Crossing (Grove City, OH)
Next up, the Knights play the Madison Comprehensive Rams (Mansfield, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. West Holmes will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
