In Thursday's non-league battle, the host St. Cloud Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Forest Lake Academy Panthers.

The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harmony (Harmony, FL). The Longhorns come into the non-league battle with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Harmony got by Liberty (Kissimmee, FL), 8-0, in a non-league test.

With the loss, Forest Lake Academy drops to 3-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to DeLand (DeLand, FL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, January 8.
