Oregon High School Basketball - Amity fells Salem Academy
January 4, 2025: Salem, OR 97301 The Amity Warriors basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Salem Academy Crusaders to 49 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Sheridan for a 3A PacWest game on Tuesday, January 7. Amity will confront a Spartans team coming off a 60-49 non-league loss to Toledo (Toledo, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Salem Academy falls to 7-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Santiam (Mill City, OR) to confront the Wolverines in a 2A Tri-River game on Wednesday, January 8. The Wolverines go into the game with a record of 6-3. Santiam won 63-17 in their recent non-league game against Waldport (Waldport, OR)
