Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons (Punta Gorda, FL) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA), 61-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Charlotte advances its record to 9-5 on the year. The Fightin' Tarpons host Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL) to face the Green Wave in a non-league match on Friday, January 10. The Green Wave enter the match with a record of 5-6. Fort Myers won 46-37 in their recent non-league match against Cypress Lake (Fort Myers, FL)
