January 4, 2025: Pierre, SD 57501 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bismarck Demons (Bismarck, ND) and the host Pierre T.F. Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD), observed Bismarck's basketball team overcome Pierre T.F. Riggs by a score of 79-64.
The Demons (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's Central (Bismarck, ND). The Saints come into the AA West challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last test, St. Mary's Central beat Jamestown (Jamestown, ND), 77-62, in a league test.
The Governors (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Warriors come into the AA test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Washington beat Huron (Huron, SD), 47-42, in a league test.
