January 4, 2025: St. Joseph, MI 49085 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI) and the host Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Lakers (St. Joseph, MI), observed Bridgman's basketball team overwhelm Our Lady of the Lake Catholic by a margin of 65-43.
The Bees (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brandywine (Niles, MI). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Brandywine was trounced by Hackett Catholic Prep (Kalamazoo, MI), 56-55, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lakers battle the Howardsville Christian Eagles (Marcellus, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Our Lady of the Lake Catholic will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 65-58 non-league loss to St. Philip Catholic Central (Battle Creek, MI).
